Public framing
Many people do not need another task manager. They need a gentler bridge into action.
This project explores a companion-style interface for starting, returning, and staying with work without shame-heavy productivity language.
What it is for
- Helping a person begin a task.
- Supporting short focus sessions.
- Making return-after-distraction easier.
- Creating soft accountability without pretending to be a medical tool.
What it is not
- Not a treatment or diagnosis tool.
- Not a replacement for care, coaching, or clinical support.
- Not another dashboard that assumes planning is the whole problem.
Questions
- What tone helps someone start without feeling managed?
- What should the companion remember across sessions?
- When should the interface be ambient instead of demanding attention?
